Working in close liaison with country teams, senior management, and cross-functional departments, the PCO oversees the planning and execution of program activities through a structured workflow.<\/p><p>The Program Coordinator contributes to long-term sustainability by promoting capacity-building and ownership within teams.<\/p><p>The role includes logistical and HR coordination while the PCO is also responsible for ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and security standards are implemented consistently throughout the operational framework.<\/p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities in alignment with organizational strategies<\/li>\n\n<li>Ensure structured workflows are in place to support smooth program implementation across multiple country teams<\/li>\n\n<li>Provide logistical and HR coordination support, reinforcing technical leads through structured processes and training<\/li>\n\n<li>Promote capacity-building initiatives to strengthen local teams and encourage ownership of program activities<\/li>\n\n<li>Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards across all operations<\/li>\n\n<li>Liaise effectively with senior management, functional departments, and external partners to ensure timely communication and program alignment<\/li>\n\n<li>Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and work plans, ensuring accuracy and accountability<\/li>\n\n<li>Assist in risk identification and propose mitigation measures for program activities<\/li>\n\n<li>Contribute to the development of tools, training modules, and standardized practices to enhance program quality and sustainability<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><strong>Essential Skills &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Education:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3-5 years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, or NGOs operations<\/li>\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in capacity building and cross-cultural team support<\/li>\n\n<li>Background in humanitarian, educational, or development settings is an asset<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to liaise across diverse teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n<li>Knowledge of HR and logistics processes in program settings<\/li>\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools an advantage<\/li>\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and dynamic environments<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic is considered as strong asset; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, is an advantage.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>HOW TO APPLY:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p> Interested candidates can submit their application at the following <a href=\"https:\/\/cezanneondemand.intervieweb.it\/stillirise\/jobs\/program-coordinator-pco-57915\/en\/\">LINK<\/a>.
